肿瘤坏死因子相关的凋亡诱导配体(TNF Related Apoptosis Inducing Ligand,TRAIL)是肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)超家族的新成员,参与机体免疫调节、免疫自稳及免疫监视.尽管TRAIL选择性诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡而对正常细胞无影响的特性赋予其广阔的应用前景,但大量研究证实多数肿瘤细胞仍不可避免地存有TRAIL抵抗,因此TRAIL单独应用于抗肿瘤治疗的临床价值受到明显限制,而以TRAIL为基础的联合治疗成为目前研究重点.本文在概述TRAIL及其受体作用机制的基础上,探讨前列腺癌发生、发展.预后与TRAIL及其受体的内在联系及小分子抑制剂、自然化合物与TRAIL联合治疗策略在前列腺癌细胞株及相关临床前期模型中的研究进展.
