坐在飞机上俯瞰云贵高原,满眼都是连绵的山川。这里没有华北平原的开阔,也没有江南水乡的富饶。贵阳航空货运市场,也恰如这片土地,无法与华东、华北、华南市场相提并论。但是,由17名平均年龄只有28岁的年轻人组成的国货航贵阳货运部(以下简称“货运部”),就在这片不大的市场上凭着激情与创新收获了累累的硕果。2005年,公司在贵州的运力投入仅占到贵州出港量的31%,而货运部在贵州市场的销售份额达到了43%,货邮销售收入增加到1119万元,增幅15%。2006年1~4月实现收入501.84万元,以同比增长129.21万元的业绩提升着自身的价值,他们的成绩是如何取得的?当我们走进货运部,感受他们的工作热情,倾听他们的想法时,学习、探索、创新,这样的字眼不停地在我们耳边回荡,也许这些就是货运部能够取得今天成绩的奥秘吧。
