从比较的视角出发我们可以看到,转型国家在向市场经济过渡的过程中所形成的多样化的制度安排,促使对转型经济的研究越来越倾向于用产权与制度变迁分析代替所有制分析。本文认为,与产权与制度变迁分析不同,所有制分析由于注重交易关系背后的生产关系,注重社会演进过程中所形成的人与人之间经济利益的矛盾冲突,因而更具科学性。但混合经济的出现对所有制分析范式提出了挑战,因而对所有制范式的研究也应当不断深化,本文最后对所有制分析的发展方向进行了初步探讨。
From a comparative perspective, we can see that the diversified institutional arrangements that transition countries have made in their transition to a market economy have prompted the study of the transition economy to increasingly adopt the analysis of property rights and institutional changes instead of ownership. This paper argues that ownership analysis is different from institutional change analysis. Ownership analysis is more scientific due to the conflict between the economic interests of the people formed during the process of social evolution, focusing on the production relations behind the transaction relationship. However, the emergence of a mixed economy poses a challenge to the paradigm of ownership analysis. Therefore, the study on the ownership paradigm should also be deepened. Finally, the author makes a preliminary study on the development of ownership analysis.
