芳香烃受体(AhR)是一种配体激活的转录因子,通过与其配体结合,启动下游靶基因转录,发挥相应的生物学效应。AhR可调控雌(女)性哺乳动物卵泡的生长、卵巢激素的合成、分泌及排卵;AhR信号通路与月经周期亦相关,可能通过调控雌激素信号系统改变子宫内膜的增殖和分泌。AhR在胎盘的表达水平最高,且主要分布于胎盘滋养层细胞和胎盘血管内皮细胞,其可能通过影响葡萄糖的转运和代谢系统影响胎盘功能。AhR基因敲除小鼠不能正常维持胚胎的植入和胎仔的发育,另外,即使胚胎着床后也不能维持正常妊娠和哺乳,且同胎出生仔数减少、出生后2周幼仔存活率低、断奶后死亡率高。
Aromatic hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) is a ligand-activated transcription factor, which binds with its ligand to initiate the transcription of downstream target genes and exert corresponding biological effects. AhR regulates the growth of ovarian follicles, the synthesis, secretion and ovulation of ovarian hormones. The AhR signaling pathway is also related to the menstrual cycle and may regulate the proliferation and secretion of endometrium by regulating estrogen signaling system. AhR expression in the placenta is the highest, and mainly distributed in placental trophoblast cells and placental vascular endothelial cells, which may affect the placental function by affecting the glucose transport and metabolism system. AhR knockout mice can not normally maintain embryo implantation and fetal development. In addition, the normal pregnancy and lactation can not be maintained even after embryo implantation, and the number of births in the same fetus decreases. The survival rate of pups at 2 weeks after birth is low , High mortality after weaning.
