本文立足于中国股市发展历程中的,来尝试说明当前股市特点及其需要解决的问题。根据我国股票市场发展过程中的特征,将我国的股票市场分为了四个发展阶段,然后又介绍我国股票市场目前的规模。在回顾股票短短几十年的历程中,结合新时期我们股市的问题,以及“十二五”规划,给出我国发展八点建议。
Based on the development of China’s stock market, this article tries to illustrate the characteristics of the current stock market and the problems to be solved. According to the characteristics of the development of the stock market in our country, the stock market of our country is divided into four stages of development, and then the current size of the stock market in our country is introduced. In reviewing the short history of several decades of stock exchanges, this article gives eight suggestions on the development of our country in light of the problems of our stock market in the new period and the “12th Five-Year Plan.”
