Economists have always held that human behavior is admissible. Now they are abandoning the traditional view and turning their attention to the irrational aspect of human beings and recognizing that man is a rather complicated animal. Economists have described people’s thinking process as a logical, clear-cut goal, free from the influence of emotional fluctuations and irrational interference. While certain human actions are in line with the rational models economists love, it is not uncommon for most people to behave erratically and make mistakes at any time. Economists have finally begun to address this fact. A wave of change is pushing the humanistic spirit to the Ivory Tower that is building economic theory.
