建筑工程建设的过程中,竣工资料扮演着极其关键的角色,竣工资料不仅能够在建筑工程施工时作为监督的依据,同时还能对建筑工程的质量进行相关的验收作用。所以,只有正确根据法律法规对建筑工程竣工资料采取有效的措施实施充分的管理,从而才能有效促进建筑工程的开展得到有效的保障。本文主要讲述了当前建筑工程资料管理的现状分析,并提出了建筑工程资料管理中存在的问题与改进策略,使得建筑工程因此得到更好的发展。
In the process of building construction, the completion information plays an extremely crucial role. The completion information not only can serve as the basis for supervision during the construction of the building, but also can perform the relevant acceptance of the quality of the construction. Therefore, only by properly taking effective measures to complete the completion of construction projects in accordance with laws and regulations and implementing adequate management can we effectively promote the effective protection of construction projects. This paper mainly introduces the current situation of construction materials management and puts forward the problems and the improvement strategies in the construction materials management so that the construction projects can get better development.
