本研究应用TMMS和EPQ对复旦大学151名本科生和20名MTI研究生做心理测试,将EPQ测试结果与常模进行比较,并将EPQ各分值与TMMS总分做SPSS检验。结果:1)EPQ内(E)外向和情绪(N)维度均呈正态分布;2)人格类型各异的被试TMMS得分在E和N两种维度差异均呈显著性;3)被试绝大多数具有健康的个性特征,其EI与个性特征密切相关。结论:人格与EI呈多维度相关性。运用元情绪显性负效对策和增效策略,不仅利于学生译员之元情绪管理,而且利于其增效口译。
In this study, 151 undergraduates and 20 MTI postgraduates in Fudan University were investigated by TMMS and EPQ. The results of EPQ were compared with those of norm. The scores of EPQ and TMMS were analyzed by SPSS. Results: (1) The extroversion and emotional (N) dimensions of (E) were both normal in EPQ; 2) The TMMS scores of participants with different personality types were significantly different in both E and N dimensions; 3) The vast majority of healthy personality traits, EI and personality characteristics are closely related. Conclusion: Personality and EI showed a multidimensional correlation. The use of meta-sentiment negative strategy and efficiency strategy, not only conducive to the student translator meta-emotional management, but also conducive to its efficiency interpretation.
