今天,我们的生产生活都离不开电,而在没有电的古代,智慧的古人会选择利用其他自然力来进行生产活动,如风力、水力等等.rn中国利用水作为动力约有1900多年.《后汉书·杜诗传》中有记载:“……(建武)七年(公元31年),迁南阳太守……造作水排,铸为农器,用力少,见功多,百姓便之.”而下面介绍的这幅《闸口盘车图》(以下简称《盘车图》图1)便直观地描绘了古代的一个官营的水利磨粉作坊,展现了古人是如何利用水磨和水击面罗进行磨粉生产和销售等活动的场景.
