722M24(E0B)钢试样经510～590℃、100小时离子渗氮后,可获得理想的有效表面层深度,总渗层和表面硬度,虽然总渗层深度可达1mm,但是有效表面层深度(硬度值为500HV)难于超过0.5mm。
The ideal surface layer, total layer and surface hardness of 722M24 (E0B) steel after nitriding for 100 hours at 510 ~ 590 ℃ for 100 hours can be obtained. Although the total depth of the layer can reach 1mm, the effective surface layer depth (Hardness value of 500HV) difficult to exceed 0.5mm.
