目的:对半枝莲Scutellaria barbataD.Don全草的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol,1)、5-羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone,2)、5-羟基-7,8,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-7,8,4′-trimethoxyflavone,3)、三裂鼠尾草素(5-Hydroxy-6,7,4′-trimethoxyflavone,salvigenin,4)、汉黄芩素(5,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone,wogonin,5)、2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone,6)、反式-3-(4′-羟基苯基)丙烯酰乙酯[(E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acrylic acid ethyl ester,7]、对羟基苯甲酰乙酯(ethyl-4-hydroxy benzoate,8)、对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,9)。结论:化合物2,3,6,7为首次从黄芩属中分离得到,化合物4为第一次从半枝莲中发现。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Scutellaria barbata D.Don. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as β-Sitosterol (1), 5-hydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone 2), 5-hydroxy-7,8,4’-trimethoxyflavone (3), 5-Hydroxy-6,7 4-trimethoxyflavone, salvigenin, 4), wogonin (5), 2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone (6) (4-hydroxyphenyl) acrylic acid ethyl ester, 7], ethyl-4- (4-hydroxyphenyl) hydroxy benzoate, 8), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (9). Conclusion: Compounds 2,3,6,7 were isolated from Scutellaria for the first time, and compound 4 was found for the first time from Scutellaria barbata.
