据专家研究,癌症难治但六至七成癌症是可以预防的,其中三至四成可从饮食调整、运动及减轻体重来改善,另外三成则靠戒烟及避免二手烟害来预防。由此,可推估现代人少蔬果、多油脂的饮食习惯,对健康的危害不亚于“吞云吐雾”。
According to expert studies, cancer is refractory but 60% to 70% of cancers can be prevented. 30% to 40% of them can be improved from dietary adjustments, exercise, and weight loss. Another 30% are prevented by quitting smoking and avoiding secondhand smoke. From this, it can be estimated that modern people have less eating habits of fruits and vegetables, and more oil, and the harm to health is no less than “splashing”.
