眼下又到了大学毕业生就业的高峰,就业问题成了社会关注的焦点。随着高校毕业生的增多,就业难越来越成为社会难题。各方人士都在支招,千方百计破解就业难题。从传媒报道看, 无非都是在要求毕业生调整就业心态、面向基层、面向西部、自主创业等等, 也有指责学校专业设置陈旧,不能适应实际工作的需要等等。诸如此类的说法也没错,但对用人单位来说,也应该承担起一定的社会责任,负起用人、培养人的重任。

Such arguments are correct, but for employers, they should also assume certain social responsibilities and take up the responsibility of employing and nurturing people.
