目的:探讨核桃青皮提取物对Lewis肺癌细胞生长的作用及其意义。方法:培养Lewis肺癌细胞,MTT法检测1、2和4μg/L核桃青皮提取物对肺癌细胞生长的影响;流式细胞术Annexin V-PI双染分析4μg/L核桃青皮提取物作用于肺癌细胞后细胞凋亡率变化。结果:MTT结果显示,核桃青皮提取物各浓度组均可以明显地抑制肺癌细胞的生长,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡率发现,4μg/L核桃青皮提取物可以明显诱导肺癌细胞发生凋亡反应,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:核桃青皮提取物通过诱导肺癌细胞凋亡抑制其生长。
Objective: To investigate the effect of walnut peel extract on the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma cells and its significance. Methods: Lewis lung carcinoma cells were cultured and the effects of 1, 2 and 4 μg / L walnut peel extracts on the growth of lung cancer cells were detected by MTT assay. The effect of 4 μg / L Walnut Peel Extracts on lung cancer cells was analyzed by flow cytometry After apoptosis rate changes. Results: MTT results showed that the extract of walnut peel of each concentration group can significantly inhibit the growth of lung cancer cells, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Flow cytometry analysis of apoptosis rate found that 4μg / L walnut peel extract can significantly induce apoptosis of lung cancer cells, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Walnut peel extract inhibits the growth of lung cancer cells by inducing apoptosis.
