本文结合笔者八年在中央电视台健身舞蹈栏目的策划、创编、教学的工作实践,以中央五套的《健身房》为主要切入点,首次对中国电视健身舞蹈栏目这个专栏群体进行了系统的整理和归纳,通过历史分析、实证研究和比较分析法,分析了中国健身舞蹈栏目的起源和发展现状。本文旨在促进国内健身舞蹈栏目系统的理论研究,并为当下中国健身舞蹈栏目的发展提供一定借鉴。
Based on the author’s eight years’ practice and practice of planning, creating and teaching of the program of fitness dance in CCTV, taking the “Five Gymnasiums” of the Central Government as the main entry point, this column systematically collated the column of Chinese TV fitness dance programs for the first time Through the historical analysis, empirical research and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the origin and development status of Chinese fitness dance columns. The purpose of this paper is to promote the theoretical research of the domestic fitness dance part system and to provide some reference for the development of the Chinese fitness dance part nowadays.
