《幼儿园工作规程(试行)》第二十四条指出:“应充分尊重幼儿选择游戏的意愿,鼓励幼儿制作玩具,根据幼儿的实际经验和兴趣,在游戏过程中给予适当指导,保持愉快情绪,促进幼儿能力和个性的全面发展。”联系工作实际,反复学习《规程》后,我体会到,鼓励和指导幼儿制作玩具,主要是培养幼儿对制作玩具的兴趣,激发幼儿制作玩具的热情,并通过丰富多彩的制作形式和内容,满足幼儿的好奇心和对制作玩具的愿望,从而发展幼儿的动手能力,促进其智力发展。一、培养幼儿对制作玩具的兴趣首先,要利用环境的潜移默化效能。如在活动室里布置剪贴画、装饰品,摆设漂亮的玩具和工艺品;有意识地带领幼儿参观节日的玩具展销、装饰、花灯
