本文说明了时间分割密度对计算机控制的 TIG 焊电源控制精度的影响,推导出了时间分割密度的数学表达式,分析了电弧静特性的斜率、调节的非线性和电源变压器的漏抗对时间分割密度的影响。根据理论分析结果,在所研制的微计算机控制的 TIG 焊电源 MC—NA—250—83中,时间分割密度取为715。经过实际焊接工艺试验,证明该系统运行稳定、可靠,达到了所要求的控制精度。
In this paper, the influence of the time division density on the control accuracy of TIG welding power source controlled by computer is described. The mathematical expression of the time division density is deduced. The slope of arc static characteristic, the nonlinearity of regulation and the leakage reactance of power transformer are analyzed. The impact of density. According to the result of theoretical analysis, the time partitioning density is 715 in the microcomputer-controlled TIG welding power source MC-NA-250-83. After the actual welding process test, the system proved to be stable and reliable, to achieve the required control accuracy.
