全美数学教师协会 (NCTM)美国数学教师的一个全国性民间组织 ,在美国的中小学数学教师中有广泛的影响 .2 0 0 0年 4月发表了由其主持制定的《学校数学的原理和标准》 ,这是该组织 1989年发表的《中小学数学课程与评估标准》和与之配套的《数学教师职业标准》(1991)、《数学教学评价标准》(1995 )的重组和修改本 ,较原来的三个标准有了许多修改 .在美国有一批数学家对这些标准表示了不同的意见 ,我国教育界的丁尔升、张奠宙教授在一些会议上作了介绍和比较 .无论如何 ,《标准》的许多方面 ,对我们还是有参考价值的 .删去的‘2 0 0 0项目’及‘实现梦想’两节后节译出来 ,使读者对《标准》有一个全面的了解
The National Mathematical Teachers Association (NCTM), a national non-governmental organization of mathematics teachers, has a wide range of influence among math teachers in primary and secondary schools in the United States. In April 2000, the principle of school mathematics was formulated This is the reorganization and revision of the Mathematics Curriculum and Assessment Criteria for Primary and Secondary Schools published by the organization in 1989 and the accompanying Mathematics Teachers Professional Standards (1991) and Mathematical Teaching Evaluation Standards (1995). Many amendments have been made to the original three standards. A group of mathematicians in the United States have expressed different opinions on these standards. Professors Ding Li and Zhang Dianzhou of the Chinese education community introduced and compared at some meetings. Anyway, Many aspects of the standard are still of reference value to us. The deleted sections of the ’2000 project’ and ’realization of dreams’ are translated in two sections to give readers a comprehensive understanding of the Standard.
