利用陷阱调查法跟踪调查全生育期转BcBCP1基因耐盐碱玉米田间地上主要节肢动物群落的种类和数量。结果表明,转BcBCP1基因玉米及其受体玉米自交系黄早四主要害虫、捕食性天敌、地上跳虫的种类和数量上差异不显著,推断耐盐碱转基因玉米的种植对田间节肢动物群落短期内无显著影响。
Trap investigation was used to investigate the species and abundance of aboveground arthropod communities in BcBCP1 transgenic saline-alkali-resistant corn fields during the whole growth period. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the types and numbers of the major insect pests, predatory natural enemies and ground spring insects in the corn inbred line BcBCP1 and its receptor maize inbred line Huangzao4. It was concluded that the planting of transgenic corn with salinity-alkalinity tolerance to arthropod community No significant effect in the short term.
