由同济大学道路与交通工程系主持承担的交通部科技项目“水泥混凝土路面结构可靠性研究”于1993年10月31日通过交通部组织的技术鉴定。专家认为,该研究提出的一套系统而完整的水泥混凝土路面结构可靠性设计方法具有独创性,对提高施工质量和管理水平具有重要的指导意义。研究成果达到国际先进水平。现行的水泥混凝土路面设计规范中采用的结构厚度设计方法是一种确定型的方法,也就是通过对给定的材料和结构参数、交通参数及环境参数进行结构分析后,得到在设计年限内
The Ministry of Communications of Tongji University, Department of Road and Traffic Engineering hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology Project “Cement Concrete Pavement Structure Reliability” on October 31, 1993 through the Ministry of Communications organization of technical appraisal. Experts believe that the systematic and complete reliability design method of cement concrete pavement proposed by this research is original and has important guiding significance for improving construction quality and management level. The research results have reached the international advanced level. The design method of the structural thickness adopted in the current cement concrete pavement design code is a deterministic method, that is, through the structural analysis of a given material and structural parameters, traffic parameters and environmental parameters, obtained within the design life
