对于涟钢210t转炉氧枪冷却水流量过大问题进行了转炉内氧枪传热过程的理论计算。为了比较,对国内11个大型转炉钢厂的氧枪冷却水流量、热通量进行了调查。中国大型转炉氧枪冷却水较国外高25%,氧枪外管壁厚大2~4mm,加大了设备质量和热阻。提出了涟钢氧枪冷却水的合理流量,对国内大型转炉的氧枪冷却水流量、氧枪各部位冷却水流速提出了参考意见。
For Lianyuan 210t converter oxygen lance cooling water flow is too large, the theoretical calculation of oxygen lance heat transfer process in the converter. For comparison, oxygen lance cooling water flux and heat flux of 11 large converter steel mills in China were investigated. China’s large-scale converter oxygen lance cooling water 25% higher than abroad, oxygen lance tube wall thickness 2 ~ 4mm, increased equipment quality and thermal resistance. The reasonable flow rate of oxygen lance cooling water in Lianyuan Steel was put forward, which provided reference for cooling water flow of oxygen lance and velocity of cooling water in various parts of lance.
