“一个行业游戏规则六十年未变,城市却已经变化巨大、沧海桑田,由此而带来灾难性的后果,那就是所有中国城市同质化现象严重,变得千城一面。”如果北京没有故宫,上海没有外滩,杭州没有西湖,这些城市将会失去灵魂。在巴黎,艾菲尔铁塔、巴黎圣母院、卢浮宫构成法国历史的缩影;在迪拜,帆船酒店是一个国家的象征;在悉尼,悉尼歌剧院成为澳大利亚的标志……是什么让世人为这些城市倾倒?答案不言而喻,这些城市都具有各自独特的城市核心价值。那么,什么是城市的核心价值?城市的核心价值又从何而来呢?
