在我国当前的体育课堂教学中,教师运用激励手段还存在一些问题,例如多一致性,少个性化;注重对优秀学生的激励,缺少对差生的激励;多精神激励,少物质激励;注重成绩评价手段,缺少实践能力的考核手段。针对此,笔者提出体育教学中应该建立正确有效的激励机制,最大限度地调动和发挥学生的主动性、积极性和创造性,提高教学效果。
In the current PE classroom teaching in our country, there are still some problems that the teachers use the means of encouragement, such as more consistency and less personalization; focusing on the excellent students’ motivation, lacking the motivation to the poor students; multi-spirit motivation and less material motivation; focusing on the achievements Evaluation methods, the lack of practical ability assessment means. In view of this, I propose that physical education should establish a correct and effective incentive mechanism to maximize the mobilization and development of students’ initiative, enthusiasm and creativity to improve teaching effectiveness.
