In the late Renaissance Italy, there was a blossoming flower of “The Golden Age of Singing.” Prior to this, outstanding singers and beautiful singing is not very noticeable. The founding of the opera in 1601 provided the singer with an extremely spectacular form of expression that gave them excellent opportunities to show their voice and singing skills. The singers are no longer bound by the stringent rules of the polyphonic music, leaving such dogmatic restrictions open and creating a new era of singing style.
