呼吸衰竭是老年人的常见危重急症。由于社会老龄化,老年人在人口总数中的比例增加;老年人又易患肺炎、心脏疾病、创伤和感染性休克,由此诱发呼吸衰竭的病例随之增多。近年来,随着对呼吸生理和病理生理研究的不断深入,对呼吸衰竭的认识也不断深化,特别是人工呼吸支持技术的发展,使呼吸衰竭的治疗发生了很大的变化[1]。呼吸监测技术的发展也拓宽了呼吸衰竭的研究领域,为呼吸衰竭的诊断和治疗提供了有力的指导。
Respiratory failure is a common and critical emergency in the elderly. As a result of social aging, the proportion of older persons in the total population has increased. Elderly people are also susceptible to pneumonia, heart disease, trauma and septic shock, resulting in an increase in cases of respiratory failure. In recent years, with the continuous research on respiratory physiology and pathophysiology, the understanding of respiratory failure has been deepened. Especially, the development of artificial respiratory support technology has greatly changed the treatment of respiratory failure [1]. The development of respiratory monitoring technology also broadens the research field of respiratory failure and provides a powerful guide for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory failure.
