本文研究了在 pH5.5的弱酸性介质中,利用铁(Ⅲ)催化过氧化氢氧化邻氨基酚显色的反应,用氯仿萃取有色产物,通过测量424um下有机相的吸光度,建立了催化萃取光度法测定邻氨基酚的新方法.方法的线性范围为 0.50~20μg/ml,检出限为 2 2× 10-8g/ml.用于合成水样中邻氨基酚的测定,结果满意.
