本文介绍了 12 t/h沸腾炉的模糊控制系统的硬件结构及软件设计等。在系统的实现中,以两输入单输出模糊控制决策为基础,采用加权综合应用于多输入量过程控制的原理和对于复杂的燃烧过程采取分别考虑、综合决策的方法。调试运行结果表明:系统稳定性能好、抗干扰能力强。
This paper introduces the hardware structure and software design of fuzzy control system of 12 t / h boiling furnace. In the realization of the system, based on the two-input and one-output fuzzy control decision, the principle of weighted synthesis applied to the multi-input process control and the method of considering and synthesizing the decision for the complicated combustion process are respectively adopted. Debugging results show that: system stability, anti-interference ability.
