目的观察潜江市整合资源综合防治血吸虫病效果。方法整合农业、水利、林业、国土等涉及血吸虫病防治的社会资源,结合新农村和生态家园、农村能源建设,实施血防整体推进、综合治理、科学防治。结果通过4年的血防整体综合治理,人群血吸虫感染率下降63.64%,耕牛感染率下降28.36%,钉螺面积下降15.57%,活螺平均密度下降41.67%,活螺框出现率下降53.00%,钉螺感染率下降50.00%;2008年工农业总产值达到211.8亿元,人均年收入增加1 531元。结论整合社会资源,结合新农村、生态家园、农村能源建设,实施血防整体推进等综合治理是控制血吸虫病传播的有效途径。
Objective To observe the integrated resources of Qianjiang City to prevent and treat schistosomiasis. Methods Integrated social resources such as agriculture, water conservancy, forestry, land and so on, involving the prevention and control of schistosomiasis, combined with the construction of new countryside, ecological homeland and rural energy, the implementation of overall blood-disease prevention, comprehensive treatment and scientific prevention and control. Results After four years of comprehensive prevention and treatment of blood-borne diseases, the prevalence of schistosomiasis in the population decreased by 63.64%, the cattle infection rate decreased by 28.36%, the area of snails decreased by 15.57%, the average density of live snails decreased by 41.67% and the incidence of live snails decreased by 53.00% The infection rate dropped by 50.00%. In 2008, the gross output value of industry and agriculture reached 21.18 billion yuan, and the per capita income increased by 1,531 yuan. Conclusion It is an effective way to control the spread of schistosomiasis by integrating social resources, integrating new countryside, ecological homeland, rural energy construction, and implementing integrated prevention and treatment of blood and disease as a whole.
