积塑游戏是山区幼儿园经常开展的一种创造性的建构游戏,但教师在幼儿游戏过程中存在着较为严重的高控行为,追求建构结果的完美,强调游戏要求的划一,导致幼儿在游戏中的自主性缺失严重,探索行为也大打折扣。为此,教师应以《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的精神为指导,创设支持性的区域游戏环境,还给幼儿建构游戏的自主权与探索权,使积塑建构真正成为有利于幼儿自由探索、自主创造的游戏活动。
