铁路车轮的应力状态,只有既考虑运用中产生的作用力和热负荷,又考虑到残余应力,才是完整的概念。为此,对里布涅赫特车轮厂制造的整体辗钢轮,根据ΓOCT10791-81的要求进行了研究。试验批量的车轮由含碳0.58%、锰0.78%、硅0.39%的钢材制成,为消除几何不均匀度,车轮每处都进行了旋削,以达到与标准尺寸偏差最小。试验车轮按各种不同的规范进行了热处理,包括退火、正火、在淬火机上热处理使轮辋达到程度不同的硬化
Railway wheel stress state, only consider the use of the force and heat load, but also consider the residual stress, is the complete concept. To this end, the overall steel drum manufactured at the Ribnjehte wheel factory was studied according to the requirements of ΓOCT10791-81. The wheels of the test batch were made of steel containing 0.58% carbon, 0.78% manganese and 0.39% silicon. To eliminate geometrical inhomogeneities, the wheels were each cut to achieve minimum deviation from the standard size. The test wheels were heat-treated according to various specifications, including annealing, normalizing, hardening on quench machines to achieve different degrees of hardened rims
