福建省漳州市芗城区妇幼保健所1986年实行了责、权、利相结合的所长、股长分级负责制和基本奖、加奖、扣奖相结合的考评奖惩办法。使其责任明确,赏罚分明,调动了广大职工的积极性,推动了妇幼保健工作的发展。目前已开展了婚姻保健、妇女保健、儿童保健及计划生育手术等业务;开办了新婚夫妇学校、孕妇学校;设观察床16张。1986年完成了全区87.4%的婚前体检任务;开展了妇女、儿童常见病及多发病的防治工作;
