一堂优秀的音乐教育学课,需要从教学内容、课堂互动形式等多方面来营造,作者持续5年进行的工作坊教学模式的实验,是对课堂师组互动形式的一次有益尝试。通过教学实验证明,在教学过程中有意识地关注学生的学习需求心理,能达到让学生自觉的、主动的、创造性的学习音乐教育学知识的目的,并通过这样的学习方式有效的促进学生思辨力、创造力、协作力、领导力的提升,为其将来的音乐教学工作打下良好的基础。
An outstanding lesson in music education needs to be created from various aspects such as teaching contents and classroom interaction. The experiment of the workshop’s teaching mode which the author lasted for five years is a useful attempt to make an interaction with the classroom division. Through teaching experiment proves that in the process of teaching, students are consciously concerned about the psychological needs of learning, to enable students to consciously, proactive and creative learning of music education knowledge purposes, and through this learning method effectively promote students’ , Creativity, collaboration, leadership improvement, lay a good foundation for their future music teaching work.
