2003年11月银行间外汇市场交易仍保持活跃,日均成交量与上月相比有所回落,外汇供大于求,顺差缩小,人民币兑美元汇率保持稳定。
In November 2003, the transactions in the interbank foreign exchange market remained active. The average daily trading volume dropped slightly from the previous month. As the foreign exchange supply exceeded demand, the surplus narrowed and the exchange rate of the RMB against the U.S. dollar remained stable.
