目的研究在老年带状疱疹性角膜炎患者中应用糖皮质激素的治疗效果。方法 70例(70眼)带状疱疹性角膜炎的老年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用传统镇痛、抗病毒、营养神经、对症支持治疗;治疗组应用糖皮质激素加传统治疗。2周后比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组显效28例,有效5例,无效2例,显效率为80.0%,总有效率为94.3%;对照组显效6例,有效15例,无效14例,显效率为17.1%,总有效率为60.0%。两组总有效率和显效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用糖皮质激素治疗老年带状疱疹性角膜炎,能明显缩短病程,提高疗效,避免或减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid in elderly patients with herpes zoster keratitis. Methods Seventy patients (70 eyes) with herpes zoster keratitis were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). The control group used traditional analgesic, antiviral, neurotrophic and symptomatic supportive treatment; the treatment group was treated with glucocorticoid plus traditional treatment. Two weeks later, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the treatment group, 28 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was 80.0% and the total effective rate was 94.3%. In the control group, 6 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective and 14 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was 17.1% Efficiency is 60.0%. The two groups of total effective rate and significant difference were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Glucocorticoid treatment of elderly herpes zoster keratitis can significantly shorten the course of disease and improve efficacy, to avoid or reduce complications, is worthy of clinical application.
