液压控制动力头滑台进退的原理见图示。它能实现动力头:快进→①工进→②工进→工退→快退→卸荷等循环。当进行调试时,发现在工进和工退时,滑台有爬行现象。其原因是滑台摩擦阻力较大,负荷不均匀,引起速度不稳。后来在(A)、(B)两处回油路上,加装两个B-25的背压阀,压力为0.3MPa左右就消除了低速时的爬行现象。另外,还发现在工退时,动力头不能准确地停在一定的位置上,而要后冲2mm左右的距离。我们分析了原理图及电气控制线路,当工退时,2CT和5CT的电磁铁同时吸上,停止时又同
