以咔唑为起始原料设计合成了含苯胺基硫脲识别单元的咔唑类阴离子受体L,通过1H NMR、13C NMR、MS、IR和元素分析对其结构进行了表征.UV-Vis和荧光滴定实验表明,在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)中L能较好地识别F-、Ac O-和2 4H PO-且对它们表现出强络合作用(Ka>104 L/mol),识别过程伴随着肉眼可见的溶液颜色变化和明显的荧光猝灭,这表明了受体L可作为阴离子的比色和荧光传感器.有趣的是,在含水10%的DMSO中L能选择性识别F-和Ac O-;在含水20%的DMSO中L实现了对Ac O-的专一性识别.
The carbazole anion acceptor L containing aniline thiourea recognition unit was designed and synthesized from carbazole as starting material, and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, IR and elemental analysis .UV-Vis and Fluorescence titration experiments showed that L could better recognize F-, Ac O- and 2 4H PO- in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and show strong biocomplexation (Ka> 104 L / mol) The recognition process is accompanied by macroscopic color change of the solution and significant fluorescence quenching, which indicates that the colorimetric and fluorescent sensors can act as an anion for receptor L. Interestingly, L can selectively recognize F - and Ac O-; specificity recognition of Ac O- is achieved in L containing 20% DMSO.
