中国档案学会第二次档案学优秀成果(1986—1990年)评奖工作,历经一年,评定结果已经1991年11月30日中国档案学会三届四次常务理事会审查批准,现在公布于后.这次评奖活动,是根据中国档案学会三届三次常务理事会1990年12月22日通过的《中国档案学会第二次档案学优秀成果评奖办法和工作安排意见》进行的.整个评奖工作分三步:第一步,在个人申报的基础上,各团体会员和小组按分配的数额评议推荐.到1991年10月底,共收到各单位推荐的240项申报资料.第二步,由中国档案学会各专门学术委员会按学科提出初评意见.各专门学术委员会评审小组,在1991年11月1至9日组织了初评,提出受奖项目153项供评奖委员会审议.第三步,中国档案学会第二次评奖委员会负责综合评定.17名评委全部到会在11月16至20日对报送的全部项目逐项进行了评审,最后评出档案学著作:一等奖3项,二等奖9项,三等奖17项;档案史料出版物、工具书、翻译著作:一等奖2项,二等奖8项,三等奖17项,综合其他作品:二等奖2项,三等奖2项;档案专业录相片:一等奖2项,二等奖1项,三等奖2项;档案学论文、调研报告、实验报告:一等奖2项,二等奖24项,三等奖58项;共计
