1.营造氛围,消除胆怯心理。低年级学生多数胆子小,声音轻,怕说错话,怕老师批评,怕别人笑话,少数人虽能积极举手,想说但又说不清。由于环境的变化,学习负担的加重,导致大多数孩子紧张、羞于表达。营造一个宽松、愉快的学习氛围显得尤为重要。如果这时教师神情严肃,会加剧孩子心中的畏惧感。因此,教师首先必须消除儿童的胆怯心理,鼓励其大胆说话,要把自己当作学生的朋友,态度和蔼可亲,说话热情而富有童趣。

Most of the students in lower grades are brave, have low voices, are afraid of saying the wrong things, are afraid of criticism from teachers, and are afraid of jokes by others. Although few people can raise their hands in an active manner, they want to say but can not say clearly.
