随着经济的发展和城镇化步伐的加速,我国正努力朝着构建“两型社会”实现中国梦的目标前进,从思路、设计方案到具体规划上来建设“两型社会”和可持续发展的经济社会发展需要,同时经济法制建设的步伐也应适应经济社会发展的需要,并且区域型城市圈的建设与经济法制建设相辅相成,二者是紧密相关的。文章从经济法的平衡协调理念的角度看城市圈的构建,以及对今后城市建设的展望,力图探索出城市健康发展与经济法之间的联系,为建设区域型的,可持续性的发展性城市探索出道路。
