由任震英主持、苏联专家穆欣等指导的兰州市1954版城市总体规划,既是“一五”时期国家最早批准的城市总体规划之一,又是兰州市首例现代城市总体规划实践。本文通过阐述兰州市1954版城市总体规划编制的过程,总结了其主持人任震英的生平经历及其对该版规划编制所做的贡献,同时从规划历史的视角再现了“一五”时期苏联援华新兴工业城市兰州市的首次规划历程,以此纪念我国城市规划大师任震英诞辰101周年。
The master plan of 1954 edition of Lanzhou City under the guidance of Ren Zhenying and Soviet Union expert Mu Xin is not only one of the earliest approved urban master plans in the period of “January 5” but also the first overall planning practice of modern cities in Lanzhou. This article elaborated Lanzhou City 1954 version of the city master plan compilation process, summed up its host Ren Zhenying's life experience and its contribution to the planning of this edition, at the same time from the planning history perspective reproduce the “five ” period The first planning process of the Soviet Union's assistance to the emerging industrial city of Lanzhou commemorates the 101st anniversary of the birth of Ren Zhenying, the master of urban planning in China.
