朱永新教授曾指出:“一个人的精神发育史就是阅读史,一个民族的精神境界取决于阅读的水平。”一所学校如果没有阅读就不可能有真正的教育,一个教师如果没有阅读就不可能真正引领学生健康快乐地成长。因此,我们从注重学校内涵发展、全面提升教育质量、建设一支高素质的教师队伍出发,将“读书,读书,再读书”当作教师获得教育素养的主要途径,鼓励教师每天坚持阅读不少于3000字,通过灵活多样的阅读活动来促进教师的专业成长,实现学校的特色发展。
