目的了解持续性血液透析患者的心理状态及社会支持情况,并探讨二者之间的相关性。方法采用社会支持量表(SSRS)和90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)对42例持续性透析患者进行了问卷调查及社会支持情况调查。结果持续性血液透析患者的社会支持总分高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(t=9.372,P<0.01),SCL-90总均分高于国内常模,其躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧等因子分均高于全国常模,且有统计学意义(P<0.05),社会支持总评分与SCL-90总评分呈负相关(r=-0.712,P<0.01)。结论持续性血液透析患者的心理状态较正常人低,存在抑郁和焦虑状态,改善患者的社会支持系统可提高患者的心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the psychological status and social support of patients with continuous hemodialysis and to explore the correlation between the two. Methods A total of 42 patients with persistent dialysis were investigated by questionnaires and social support using SSRS and 90 self-rating symptoms scale (SCL-90). Results The total score of social support in patients with continuous hemodialysis was higher than that in domestic norm (t = 9.372, P <0.01). The total score of SCL-90 was higher than that of the national norm. The somatization, depression, The scores of anxiety, hostility and fear were all higher than the national norm, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The total score of social support was negatively correlated with SCL-90 total score (r = -0.712, P <0.01). Conclusion Persistent hemodialysis patients with lower mental status than normal, depression and anxiety exist, improve the patient’s social support system can improve the patient’s mental health.
