“疑难病”之称谓,医学界或普通民众都常习用,但疑难病的概念和范畴是什么,目前还没有统一的公认的认识,一般是指在诊疗中,病因复杂未明、诊断难以统一、医治难度较大、容易被误诊、给人类健康构成极大危害的一类疾病。为了加强读者对“疑难病”的认识,本刊开辟“每月一解”栏目,旨在对疑难病,做到早发现,早诊断,早治疗。 The term “intractable disease” is commonly used by the medical community or the general public, but what is the concept and category of difficult diseases? There is currently no universally recognized understanding. Generally, it is referred to in the diagnosis and treatment. The cause of the disease is unknown and it is difficult to diagnose. It is a class of diseases that are difficult to unify, treat, and are easily misdiagnosed, and that pose a great danger to human health. In order to enhance the readers’ understanding of the “difficult diseases,” the journal has opened up a column entitled “A monthly solution,” aiming at early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of difficult diseases.
