目的:通过开展品管圈活动,降低门诊药房调剂内差,改善药事服务质量。方法:运用品管圈活动,主要步骤有成立品管圈、主题选定、现状把握、目标设定、要因解析、对策拟定与实施等。结果:通过品管圈活动,有形成果中,门诊调剂内差件数从活动前58.4件/周下降到31.2件/周,目标达标率为97.1%,进步率为46.6%;无形成果中,圈员能力评分由平均4~6分上升到7~9分。结论:品管圈活动显著降低了门诊药房调剂内差,提高了药事服务质量,保证患者用药安全,提高了药剂人员解决和发现问题的能力,为科室带来新的变化。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the quality of pharmacy services by carrying out QA activities to reduce the internal adjustment of outpatient pharmacies. Methods: The quality control ring activities, the main steps are the establishment of quality control circle, theme selection, grasp the status quo, goal setting, factor analysis, countermeasure formulation and implementation. Results: Through the quality control circle, the number of tangible results in outpatient mediation decreased from 58.4 cases / week to 31.2 cases / week, the target compliance rate was 97.1% and the progress rate was 46.6%. Among the intangible outcomes, Ability score from an average of 4 to 6 points to 7 to 9 points. CONCLUSION: QA activities significantly reduced the intra-clinic pharmacy mediation, improved the quality of medical services, ensured the medication safety of patients, and improved the ability of pharmacy staff to solve and identify problems, thus bringing about new changes for the departments.
