我矿是一个生产了20多年的矿山,开采深度已下降了400余米。上部用空场法回采的几个大矿体围岩已崩落至地表,形成厚达150米的覆盖层。因此,有利于对深部矿体采用崩落法开采。目前国内采用的无底柱分段崩落法,多为单分段崩矿,一般放矿高度为15~17米,因而存在以下几个方面的问题: 1.采准工作量大,达50~60(米~3/千吨); 2.进路矿量少,爆破一次仅能出矿千吨左右,爆破次数频繁,降低了回采强度与矿块生产能力; 3.贫化率高,一般在20%左右;
