以某型号航空发动机的简化转子系统为研究对象,在明确多体系统动力学基本原理的基础上,采用ADAMS软件平台,建立了积油转子系统的仿真模型,并对其动力学特性进行了仿真研究,获得了积油转子系统的固有频率和振动响应.同时,将仿真获得的响应结果与试验测试结果进行了对照,以验证仿真模型的有效性.结果表明:相对于共振状态下的计算误差,仿真模型在非共振状态下的仿真计算误差更小,两类振动响应的误差最大不超过30%.
Taking the simplified rotor system of a certain type of aeroengine as the research object and based on the explicit basic principle of multi-body system dynamics, a simulation model of the oil accumulation rotor system is established by ADAMS software platform, and its dynamic characteristics are simulated , The natural frequency and vibration response of the oil accumulation rotor system are obtained, and the response of the simulation is compared with the test results to verify the validity of the simulation model.The results show that compared with the calculation error of the resonance state , The simulation model in the non-resonant state simulation error is smaller, the maximum error of two types of vibration response does not exceed 30%.
