在电极压力、预压时间、通电时间和维持时间等焊接参数不变的条件下,焊接电流在14~23 k A内以1 k A间隔递增,制备10组试件。基于超声扫描无损检测和准静态力学破坏试验,分析各组接头的超声扫描图、拉剪载荷、失效模式、刚度和能量吸收值,研究焊接电流对5052铝合金电阻点焊接头性能的影响。结果表明,电阻点焊可以实现5052铝合金板材的有效连接;焊接电流为22 k A时,接头成形性较好,接头的拉剪载荷、刚度、能量吸收值等性能均较优。
Under the condition of constant welding parameters such as electrode pressure, pre-press time, power-on time and hold time, the welding current was increased at intervals of 1 kA in 14 ~ 23 kA to prepare 10 samples. The effects of welding current on the properties of 5052 aluminum alloy resistance spot welding joint were studied based on the ultrasonic scanning non-destructive test and quasi-static mechanical failure test. The ultrasonic scanograms, tensile shear loads, failure modes, stiffness and energy absorption values of the joints were analyzed. The results show that the resistance spot welding can realize the effective connection of 5052 aluminum alloy plate. When the welding current is 22 kA, the formability of the joint is good. The tensile load, stiffness and energy absorption of the joint are excellent.
