Fourteen Beijing Sport University team members were tested on whether the “motion limit hypothesis” is applicable to open motor skills and the biomechanical basis of the hypothesis. The results show that: the focus of external attention to guide the promotion of high-level athletes open movement skills performance performance, while the internal attention of the guide hinder its performance. Data from biomechanical image analysis also showed that the coherence of the hip-knee, ankle-knee coordination pattern among high-level players under different directions was higher under the guidance of external attention, indicating that external attention-focused guidance can promote a more stable player Complete open sports skills.
