在变幅运动时,伸缩臂叉装车货叉底面与水平面的夹角随伸缩臂仰角的变化而变化,这种变化影响叉装车的平移性,且对安全作业不利。鉴于此,在分析工作装置的调平性能基础上建立了数学模型,利用遗传算法进行优化,仿真结果表明适当调整主动调平油缸的铰点位置能提高叉装车的平移性。
In the luffing movement, the angle between the bottom of the telescopic forklift truck and the horizontal plane changes with the elevation of the telescopic boom, and this change will affect the translation of the forklift truck and will be detrimental to safety operation. In view of this, a mathematical model is established based on the analysis of the leveling performance of the working device, and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the simulation results. The simulation results show that the translational position of the forklift can be improved by properly adjusting the hinge position of the active leveling cylinder.
