先锋霉素过敏性休克病人是少见病例,现将抢救先锋霉素过敏休克6例报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般情况:女3例,男3例,年龄20～45岁,肌肉注射先锋霉素2例,静脉点滴4例。1.2 临床表现:胸闷、头晕、面色苍白、呼吸困难、脉速无力、血压下降、皮肤湿冷等。
